1. How can I register?
Click on the 'Register' button or the 'Sign Up' button in the login dialog to register.
You will be sent an activation link to your email account. You can also register by using the 'Upload CV'
form or the 'Pricing' menu.
2. How do I update my details after registration?
Once you have logged in, click on the 'Account Settings' menu at the top of the screen to update your account
3. How can I cancel my subscription
If you have subscribed to any of our services, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Alternatively send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
with the subject line 'Cancel Subscription'. Your subscription will be cancelled with immediate effect.
4. How do I register my organisation's website?
Click on the 'Pricing' menu and select a plan to access our business registration form.
5. I have registered my company's website but I cannot see it listed?
Your website will appear within 24 hours once it has been checked and approved.
6. What happens if the URL of my careers landing page changes?
We use a software algorithm to find the careers pages on your Domain. So long as
the domain name does not change, the new page should be found automatically. You
can also update the URL path to your careers page in your Account settings.
7. Where can I get more help?
Click on the Help icon in any of the screens to get additional help on using the platform.
You can also post a question in the Support Forum which you can access from the menu item at the bottom of the screen.
